The Gyms are equipped with latest fitness gazettes like heavy duty automatic Treadmills; Elliptical Cross Trainers; Exercise Cycles & Custom designed, individual fitness stations for each body part. Further, well experienced and professionally qualified trainers are there to teach you the ins and outs of proper exercise and nutrition. Fitstop has facilities for Weight loss, Weight Management, General Fitness, Body Building and Figure Correction.

The Gym has cross ventilation considering the need of fresh air while exercising. The Gym is equipped with following fitness gadgets and items:-

The showers are fitted with chiller to relax and recharge your body after a steam session. Considering your busy life style hot and normal shower are there so that you can have a shower after workout and rush to your office straight from the Gym.

A Fitstop Gym is a specialized area where people of all ages come to spend some time on their health and body. It is spacious, and designed to ensure safety and comfort to the members. Further it is also ensured that there is a separate area for Warm-up, Cool Down and Floor exercises.
