Anjum’s natural flair and talent, for the art and craft of makeup is the quintessential reason for pursuing the profession as her career. 
Prior to her formal education in makeup, and hairstyling, which she received from The Pearl Academy of Art, Design and Fashion, she has displayed her excellence at various events, such as weddings, photo shoots, and theatre productions. Her inspiration and stimulation for the craft come from makeup artists like Kevyn Aucoin and Bobby Brown.

 With over 6 years of experience in the Beauty Industry, Anjum’s work has featured in various magazines like Hello, Smart Photography, Vogue to name a few. Her collection of work includes Television, Theater, editorials, Fashion shows & events, Bridal & Advertising.

She has studied extensively, both theoretically and practically, multifarious procedures and approaches, for example, corrective makeup, prosthetics and special effects, character makeup, and airbrushing techniques, along with bridal, ramp, fashion, decades, natural, and evening makeup. 
She is currently working as a Course Leader of Fashion Media Makeup at The Pearl Academy of Art, Design and Fashion, along with being a freelance Makeup Artist.
